Weeks 1-3: Foundation & Framework

Establish your understanding of team coaching fundamentals, the Five Dysfunctions model, and ICF Team Coaching Competencies. Explore the critical role of trust and how leaders can cultivate psychological safety. Learn to distinguish team coaching from individual and group coaching.

Weeks 4-5: Core Skills & Tools

Master the essential coaching techniques for team settings, including active listening at the group level, evoking collective awareness, and facilitating client growth. Learn to identify team development stages and apply appropriate interventions at each phase.

Weeks 6-7: Conflict & Constructive Debate

Develop advanced skills for facilitating healthy conflict and turning tension into opportunity. Learn coaching strategies that help teams engage in constructive debate, manage dominant voices, ensure all perspectives are heard, and transform disagreement into innovation.

Weeks 8-9: Commitment & Accountability
