The Essentials of Leadership Bridge Course examines the Core Competencies of the International Coach Federation (ICF) within the context of leadership coaching in any type of organization. The content stays true to the fundamentals of ICF coaching protocols while emphasizing key areas such as effective contracting, when to use direct communication versus questions, and what to expect in general when working with leaders.

Incorporated into this 10-hour training are several coaching demonstrations between the instructor and students.
